Happy new year from all of us. 2022 was a year of dreams birthed, the beginning of a new community in Lewisham and forward planning. We've been so grateful for your support and we are ready to go again in 2023!
A few changes...
Sessions are now on a Monday and we have had three January sessions this year so far. It's been great to see new and old faces joining us over the weeks. After a pause in sessions, we are moving to a new venue in Bellingham where we will resume Philo from Monday 20th February. The location will be visible when you make a new booking.
We have a very small but very amazing team of volunteers each bringing their own skills and heart to Philo every week. Volunteer's tasks include preparing play areas, preparing snacks, tea & coffee and cooking dinner, reading stories, welcoming guests, serving meals and clearing up! It's a full operation every week but seeing full hearts and tummies leaving (or not wanting to) helps us know how needed Philo is.
If you're someone local who is free to help out on a Monday afternoon between 2-6.30pm or any time in between, please get in touch!
And if you and your family want to pop down and join us, you are most welcome. We still have room in our February and March sessions - book your free space here. Please do share the link with families in SE that might want to come along too.
We will be closing our crowdfunding page now - THANK YOU again to all who contributed. Your support has meant so much to so many already!
